Louange à Allah, Le Miséricordieux, et paix et bénédictions sur notre Prophète Mohamed et sur tous ses compagnons.
Allah, le Clément, dit : « Le mois de Ramadan au cours duquel le Coran a été descendu comme guide pour les gens, et preuves claires de la bonne direction et du discernement. Donc quiconque d’entre vous est présent en ce mois, qu’il jeûne! » [Coran Baqara:185].
À titre d’information, le Conseil Jurisprudentiel d’Amérique du Nord et du Canada, ainsi que le Conseil Jurisprudentiel Européen ont adopté l’utilisation du calcul astronomique précis pour déterminer le début et la fin des mois lunaires. Sachant que la science astronomique est l’une des sciences modernes précises et fondée sur des principes véridiques, la législation légale nous conseille de prendre ces facteurs en considération et de s’appuyer sur ces principes. Rappelons aussi la parole d’Allah Tout-Puissant : « C’est Lui qui a fait du soleil une clarté et de la lune une lumière, et Il en a déterminé les phases afin que vous sachiez le nombre des années et le calcul (du temps). Allah n’a créé cela qu’en toute vérité. Il expose les signes pour les gens doués de savoir. » [Coran Yunus:5].
En conséquence, le Centre Al-Jisr est heureux de vous annoncer ce qui suit :
- Le premier jour de Ramadan pour l’année 1444 sera le jeudi 23 mars 2023;
- La première nuit de prière de Tarawih sera le mercredi 22 mars 2023 au soir;
- Le premier jour de Shawwal et le jour de l’Aïd pour l’année 1444 sera le vendredi 21 avril 2023.
❝ Jeûnez à sa vision (le croissant de lune de Ramadan) et rompez le jeûne à sa vision (le croissant de lune de Shawwal) et si vous êtes empêchés par des nuages alors complétez le nombre de jours de Chaaban à 30 jours ❞ – Bukhari –
❝ Le jour de votre jeûne est celui où vous jeûnez ensemble, et le jour de votre rupture de jeûne est celui où vous rompez ensemble votre jeûne, et le jour de l’Aïd al-Adha est celui où vous célébrez ensemble le jour d’al-Adha ❞ – Tirmidhî –
“Que ce mois sacré de Ramadan 1444 vous permette de vous consacrer à votre foi et de vous tourner et vous rapprocher d’Allah le tout-puissant. La privation de nourriture permet au corps de se remplir de spiritualité et de recueillement, mais c’est également l’occasion pour nous de nous recueillir dans la sagesse de la foi en notre Seigneur, Créateur des cieux et de la terre.”

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وأصحابه أجمعين.
يقول الله تعالى: {شهر رمضان الذي أنزل فيه القرآن هدى للناس وبينات من الهدى والفرقان، فمن شهد منكم الشهر فليصمه}. سورة البقرة: 185.
يسرنا بمركز الجسر بمدينة لافال بكندا أن نعلن بناء على ما اعتمده المجلس الفقهي لشمال أمريكا وكندا والمجلس الفقهي الأوروبي باعتماد الحساب الفلكي الدقيق في تحديد بداية الشهور القمرية ونهايتها، باعتبار أن علم الفلك أحد العلوم المعاصرة الدقيقة والمبنية على أصول صحيحة يوجب الشرع الحكيم اعتباره والاستناد إليه تصديقا لقوله تعالى: {هو الذي جعل الشمس ضياء والقمر نورا وقدره منازل لتعلموا عدد السنين والحساب، ما خلق الله ذلك إلا بالحق، يفصل الآيات لقوم يعلمون}. يونس: 5.
وبناء على ذلك يعلن مركز الجسر التالي:
- يوم الخميس 23 من شهر مارس لعام 2023م سيكون أول أيام شهر رمضان لعام 1444هـ.
- وسيكون أول ليلة لصلاة التراويح يوم الأربعاء 22 مارس مساء.
- وسيكون أول أيام شوال ويوم العيد لعام 1444هـ يوم الجمعة 21 إبريل لعام 2023م
في هذا السياق نود أن نقتبس من هذين الحديثين الصحيحين, قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم :
❞ صوموا لرؤيَتِهِ وأفطِروا لرؤيتِهِ فإنْ غُبِّيَ عليكم فأكملوا عدّةَ شعبانَ ثلاثينَ ❝ رواه البخاري
❞ صومكم يوم تصومون، وفطركم يوم تفطرون، وأضحاكم يوم تضحون ❝ رواه الترمذي
سائلين الله تعالى أن يستقبل المسلمون شهر رمضان المبارك وهم في خير وبركة، ونهيب بالمسلمين التضرع إلى الله لكشف الضر والكربات عن العالم أجمع، وأن يحيا في سلام وطمأنينة وسكينة.
تقبل الله منا ومنكم صالح الأعمال وكل عام وأنتم بخير، والحمد لله رب العالمين.

Allah, the Clement, says: « Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed as a guide for humanity with clear proofs of guidance and the standard to distinguish between right and wrong. So whoever is present this month, let them fast. » [Quran Baqara:185].
For information purposes, the Jurisprudential Council of North America and Canada, as well as the European Jurisprudential Council, have adopted the use of accurate astronomical calculations to determine the beginning and end of lunar months. Knowing that astronomical science is one of the precise modern sciences based on true principles, legal legislation advises us to take these factors into consideration and rely on these principles. Let us also recall the words of Almighty Allah: « He is the One Who made the sun a radiant source and the moon a reflected light, with precisely ordained phases, so that you may know the number of years and calculation of time. Allah did not create all this except for a purpose. He makes the signs clear for people of knowledge. » [Quran Yunus:5].
As a result, the Aljisr Center is pleased to announce the following:
- The first day of Ramadan for the year 1444 will be Thursday, March 23, 2023;
- The first night of Tarawih prayer will be on Wednesday, March 22, 2023;
- The first day of Shawwal and Eid for the year 1444 will be Friday, April 21, 2023.
❝ Start fasting on seeing the crescent (of Ramadan), and give up fasting on seeing the crescent (of Shawwal), and if the sky is overcast (and you cannot see it), complete thirty days of Sha’ban ❞ – Bukhari –
❝ The day of your fast is the day you fast together, and the day you break your fast is the day you fast break your fast together, and the day of Eid al-Adha is the day when you celebrate the day of al-Adha together ❞ – Tirmidhî –
“May this holy month of Ramadan 1444 allow you to devote yourself to your faith and to turn and draw closer to Allah the Almighty. Deprivation of food allows the body to be filled with spirituality and meditation, but it is also an opportunity for us to recollect ourselves in the wisdom of faith in our Lord, Creator of the heavens and the earth.”
