Allah, le Clément, dit : « Le mois de Ramadan au cours duquel le Coran a été descendu comme guide pour les gens, et preuves claires de la bonne direction et du discernement. Donc quiconque d’entre vous est présent en ce mois, qu’il jeûne! » [Coran Baqara:185].
Le Centre Al-Jisr de la ville de Laval annonce qu’en conformité avec les décisions de la Conférence d’Unification du Calendrier Hégirien International, qui s’est tenue à Istanbul le 30 mai 2016, avec la participation de savants et d’astronomes de plus de soixante-dix pays, cette conférence a émis un ensemble de principes et de normes fondamentales, parmi lesquelles figurent les suivantes :
L’origine de l’obligation du jeûne du Ramadan est l’observation du mois par des moyens irréfutables, que le calcul astronomique scientifique nous informe à l’avance et de manière indubitable du moment de la vision correcte de la lune, et cela ne peut être contredit une fois vérifié, aucune importance n’est accordée aux variations de visibilité en raison du discours unanime : « Jeûnez à sa vision et rompez à sa vision », et le Hadith du Prophète, que la paix soit sur lui, qui a dit : « Le jour de votre jeûne est celui où vous jeûnez ensemble, et le jour de votre rupture de jeûne est celui où vous rompez ensemble votre jeûne, et le jour de l’Aïd Al-Adha est celui où vous célébrez ensemble le jour d’al-Adha » Rapporté et corrigé par At-Tirmidhi. C’est également ce que confirme le Conseil Jurisprudentiel de l’Amérique du Nord.
En conséquence, le Centre Al-Jisr est heureux de vous annoncer ce qui suit :
- Le premier jour de Ramadan pour l’année 1446 sera le samedi 1 mars 2025;
- La première nuit de prière de Tarawih sera le vendredi 28 février 2025 au soir;
- Le premier jour de Shawwal et le jour de l’Aïd pour l’année 1446 sera le dimanche 30 mars 2025.
❝ Jeûnez à sa vision (le croissant de lune de Ramadan) et rompez le jeûne à sa vision (le croissant de lune de Shawwal) et si vous êtes empêchés par des nuages alors complétez le nombre de jours de Chaaban à 30 jours ❞ – Bukhari –
❝ Le jour de votre jeûne est celui où vous jeûnez ensemble, et le jour de votre rupture de jeûne est celui où vous rompez ensemble votre jeûne, et le jour de l’Aïd al-Adha est celui où vous célébrez ensemble le jour d’al-Adha ❞ – Tirmidhî –
“Que ce mois sacré de Ramadan 1446 vous permette de vous consacrer à votre foi et de vous tourner et vous rapprocher d’Allah le tout-puissant. La privation de nourriture permet au corps de se remplir de spiritualité et de recueillement, mais c’est également l’occasion pour nous de nous recueillir dans la sagesse de la foi en notre Seigneur, Créateur des cieux et de la terre.”

يقول الله تعالى: {شهر رمضان الذي أنزل فيه القرآن هدى للناس وبينات من الهدى والفرقان، فمن شهد منكم الشهر فليصمه}. سورة البقرة: 185.
يعلن مركز الجسر بمدينة لافال أنه بناء على ما صدر عن مؤتمر توحيد التقويم الهجري الدولي الذي انعقد في إستانبول في30 مايو 2016م، وشارك فيه علماء وفلكيون من أكثر من سبعين دولة، وصدر عن هذا المؤتمر مجموعة من المبادئ والمعايير الأساسية ومن أهمها:
أن الأصل في وجوب صيام رمضان هو دخول الشهر وإثبات ذلك بوسيلة قطعية، وأن الحساب الفلكي العلمي يخبرنا مسبقا وبشكل قطعي عن توقيت الرؤية الصحيحة، ولا يمكن أن يعارض تحققها، وأنه لا عبرة باختلاف المطالع؛ لعموم الخطاب: » صُومُوا لرُؤيَتِه وأفْطِرُوا لِرُؤيَته » متفق عليه، وقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «صومكم يوم تصومون، وفطركم يوم تفطرون، وأضحاكم يوم تضحون». أخرجه الترمذي وصححه. وهذا ما يعتمده أيضا المجمع الفقهي لأمريكا الشمالية.
وبناء على ذلك يعلن مركز الجسر التالي:
- سيكون أول يوم من رمضان لعام 1446هـ يوم السبت 1 مارس 2025.
- ستكون أول ليلة لصلاة التراويح مساء الجمعة 28 فبراير 2025.
- سيكون أول يوم من شهر شوال ويوم عيد الفطر لعام 1446هـ يوم الأحد 30 مارس 2025.
في هذا السياق نود أن نقتبس من هذين الحديثين الصحيحين, قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم :
❞ صوموا لرؤيَتِهِ وأفطِروا لرؤيتِهِ فإنْ غُبِّيَ عليكم فأكملوا عدّةَ شعبانَ ثلاثينَ ❝ رواه البخاري
❞ صومكم يوم تصومون، وفطركم يوم تفطرون، وأضحاكم يوم تضحون ❝ رواه الترمذي
سائلين الله تعالى أن يستقبل المسلمون شهر رمضان المبارك وهم في خير وبركة، ونهيب بالمسلمين التضرع إلى الله لكشف الضر والكربات عن العالم أجمع، وأن يحيا في سلام وطمأنينة وسكينة. تقبل الله منا ومنكم صالح الأعمال وكل عام وأنتم بخير، والحمد لله رب العالمين.

Allah, the Clement, says: « Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed as a guide for humanity with clear proofs of guidance and the standard to distinguish between right and wrong. So whoever is present this month, let them fast. » [Quran Baqara:185].
The Al-Jisr Center in the city of Laval announces that in accordance with the decisions of the International Hijri Calendar Unification Conference, held in Istanbul on May 30, 2016, with the participation of scholars and astronomers from more than seventy countries, this conference issued a set of fundamental principles and standards, including the following:
The origin of the obligation of fasting during Ramadan is the observation of the month through irrefutable means. Scientific astronomical calculations inform us in advance and unequivocally about the timing of the correct moon sighting, and this cannot be contradicted once verified. This is also confirmed by the Jurisprudential Council of North America.
As a result, the Aljisr Center is pleased to announce the following:
- The first day of Ramadan for the year 1446 will be Saturday, March 1, 2025;
- The first night of Tarawih prayer will be on Friday, February 28, 2025;
- The first day of Shawwal and Eid for the year 1446 will be Sunday, March 30, 2025.
❝ Start fasting on seeing the crescent (of Ramadan), and give up fasting on seeing the crescent (of Shawwal), and if the sky is overcast (and you cannot see it), complete thirty days of Sha’ban ❞ – Bukhari –
❝ The day of your fast is the day you fast together, and the day you break your fast is the day you fast break your fast together, and the day of Eid al-Adha is the day when you celebrate the day of al-Adha together ❞ – Tirmidhî –
“May this holy month of Ramadan 1446 allow you to devote yourself to your faith and to turn and draw closer to Allah the Almighty. Deprivation of food allows the body to be filled with spirituality and meditation, but it is also an opportunity for us to recollect ourselves in the wisdom of faith in our Lord, Creator of the heavens and the earth.”
